The border that separates a critique of the State of an attack on the State seems to me that are not too well defined in the draft law and the country's situation does not help to create a climate of trust in a legal system clearly incipient.
In my opinion, must be explicitly guaranteed the opinion and information rights. Are two fundamentals pillars in the development of a society. That´s the reason because I think this law must be remove or severely modify.
I believe that we can not turn our backs on new technology, is a big mistake, you can not "kill the messenger". New technologies must be the tool to enable further progress in the defense of human rights.
